Meet the Founder - Joshua Weinstein
Joshua Weinstein, a lover of local history and art, founded Norfolk Tour Company in 2018. A lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, Joshua founded Norfolk Tour Company to provide engaging, entertaining, and educational experiences to travelers and locals alike.
Joshua received his undergraduate degree in history from Old Dominion University in 2011. Starting as a volunteer tour guide of Norfolk's Historic Elmwood Cemetery in 2013, Joshua has since conducted over 400 walking tours in Hampton Roads. He now resides in Norfolk, and spends his time growing his business
